The room had a comfortable bed and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

Good service. Comfortable beds. Nice room. Good location.
Showers in bath and not separate cubicle. Very slippery and dangerous. Catering poor choice for international travellers. Hotel caters for Angola customers while the majority of clients are of international origin. In other words, there are few Angolan customers to eat the food. Basic things like bottled water is extremely over priced ($13 per 1.5l). No kettle and coffee and milk in room. No hotel stationary in room.

We had an amazing time at a hotel located directly in the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with efficient housekeeping. The staff was friendly and the service level excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. The gym facilities were spacious and well-equipped with a personal trainer available. a fantastic experience!
The air-conditioning in the hotel could be improved as the temperature seemed a bit too high, especially considering the daily price.

Good view and comfortable room, located near main attractions.
Overpriced restaurants and poor quality food. The staff seems uninterested in helping guests and the service is below average.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was excellent and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like a VIP throughout my stay.
Breakfast delights could be improved with made-to-order eggs and a wider variety of dishes.

The complimentary welcome drinks and chocolates were a nice touch. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the view from the room was breathtaking.
The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in helping. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very tasty.

Lovely rooftop bar with a terrace overlooking the city. The Portuguese restaurant was our favorite. The hotel staff, particularly Stephanie Cardoso, helped arrange a day trip to Quiçama National Park without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Luanda. I had a great experience at Epic Sana Luanda Hotel. But despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because it was centrally located in the heart of the city. The transportation options were really good and I found it very easy to get around this city. One of my favorite things about this hotel was definitely the breakfast: the food was fresh, tasty, and offered a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff.
For us it was ideal.
